As a Primary Care Manager (PCM), will be the primary person responsible for the management of the health and wellness of assigned patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-ce2764d3-3a7b-4142-9f23-23a9d734b1a7\"><strong>Minimum Requirements &amp; Qualifications*<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-798768cb-7c7c-47b6-9afd-b60823ed16ff\">\n<li><strong>Degree:<\/strong> Be a graduate from an accredited U.S. MD\/DO program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Internship\/Residency:<\/strong> Completion of Family Practice Internship\/Residency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BLS\/ACLS:<\/strong> Possess and Maintain current BLS and ACLS &#8211; online courses are not acceptable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Board Certification:<\/strong> POSSESS AND MAINTAIN CURRENT Family Practice (ABFM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Licensure\/Registration:<\/strong> Possess current, active, full, unrestricted license to practice Medicine in the U.S.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DEA:<\/strong> Possess registration # and ability to write prescriptions for controlled substances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Background:<\/strong> Ability to complete favorable credentialing and security<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal Authorization to Work in the United States:<\/strong> HCWs performing under this contract must be a U.S. Citizen or as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, U. S.
